The Daily Mail has reported that the luxury 88.5 metre-long mega-yacht Nirvana has gone on the market for £200 million, sparking a bidding war between the world's super-rich. Describing the ship as a 'floating pleasure palace', 'sea city' and 'one of the most luxurious floating mansions on the planet', the report says only a few yachts have ever been priced higher than the one year old Nirvana.
The Australian designed and South African built luxury yacht has attracted a lot of interest, but as of yet no sale has been agreed, according to a spokesman for Edmiston, who are marketing the yacht. He added: 'Nirvana is without question one of a handful of elite world cruising yachts around today - and it is certainly the most impressive and opulent yacht currently on sale. Every inch of the ship has been painstakingly designed and built. There really is little else like it.' Read more and see more photos: www.dailymail.co.uk
